Description
Plymouth is hiring a Technical Sales Associate to support customers with technical information about Plymouth Engineered Shapes products and services, coordinate product solutions, handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, prepare quotes and reports, track stock and processing activities, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments. The role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience, 4–6 years of customer service experience preferably in manufacturing, manufacturing-process knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to handle moderately complex issues independently.
