Description
Vibration Research is hiring a full-time, entry-level Technical Sales Associate to resolve customer technical issues, manage service requests, provide proposals and quotes, track product feedback, and support sales and application engineers. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and computer literacy with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, engineering or IT background, and Salesforce experience are preferred. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour.
