Trane Technologies is recruiting recent graduates for its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, Wisconsin, followed by an Associate Account Manager role specializing in HVAC equipment, services, or controls. The program includes on-site work for five days, with some opportunities remote or hybrid across North America. Responsibilities include selling commercial, industrial, and institutional climate solutions; working with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners; developing customer relationships; analyzing market conditions; and meeting sales targets. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a preferred technical field, graduation before the program start date, prior internship experience or the ability to work in-office for three months before the program, U.S. work authorization, and a valid driver’s license.
