Trane Technologies is recruiting recent engineering graduates for its 14-week Graduate Training Program in La Crosse, Wisconsin, followed by an Associate Account Manager role specializing in HVAC equipment, services, or controls. The role sells climate solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers; works with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners; develops customer relationships; and meets sales targets. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, graduation before the program start date, prior internship experience or the ability to work in-office for three months before the program, U.S. work authorization, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to temporarily relocate. Compensation includes a $73,000 annual base salary, lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation during training, with commission-based compensation after program completion.
