Continental is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to sales teams, distributors, service workshops, fleet owners, and export clients; conduct product and application training; perform field fault analysis; support legal technical analysis; collect field data for product development; monitor customer service; and prepare improvement reports. The role requires a technical degree in automotive or mechanical engineering, knowledge of commercial vehicle mechanics, strong communication skills, willingness to travel, and familiarity with office and presentation tools.
