Description

Copeland is hiring a Technical Sales Engineer for Malaysia/Singapore to handle technical queries across Copeland HVACR products, support specification/design and lab testing, conduct training and technical seminars, and provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and sales support. The role also involves identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, sharing knowledge internally, and supporting customers in Malaysia, Singapore, and occasionally beyond, with the position employed through Pebl as Copeland’s EOR/PEO partner in Malaysia.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: University degree or equivalent in Engineering
Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of air-conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry system development experience
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on technical knowledge of compressors, system design, electrical systems, inverter drivers, controllers, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of oil free compressors and system development
Strong written and oral English communication skills
Advanced spreadsheet skills
Planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills
Attention to detail
Ability to communicate with all organizational levels
Ability to learn and work independently as well as in a team
