Description
Molex is hiring a Technical Sales Engineer in Tamsui District, New Taipei, to support key customers in Taiwan with server and switch datacom and datacenter solutions. The role provides on-site technical support, helps customers select interconnection solutions, performs new-part qualifications and failure analysis, troubleshoots mechanical application issues, supports customer qualification processes, tracks market trends, and maintains relationships with customer engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics engineering, or a related field, at least three years of relevant R&D experience in server or switch products, strong English proficiency, and preferably connector or cable assembly experience, server or switch hardware architecture knowledge, and proficiency with 3D mechanical design tools.
