WEICON is hiring a remote Technical Sales Engineer to service the Western Cape, Northern Cape, Free State, and Namibia. The role combines technical sales of engineered adhesives, sealants, protective coatings, and corrosion protection with solution consulting, product demonstrations, on-site support, territory planning, customer relationship development, and achievement of sales targets. Candidates should have technical sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, industrial and maintenance knowledge, territory-management ability, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. The position offers market-related salary, performance-based incentives, commission, training, and vehicle and mobile allowances.
