Description
Mincon South Africa is hiring a full-time Technical Sales Engineer to develop new business and support existing customers across construction, piling, foundations, ground engineering, infrastructure, and mining projects throughout Africa. The role focuses on DTH casing advance systems and related drilling, piling, foundation, and ground engineering solutions, with customer-site sales, technical product selection, demonstrations, field trials, equipment support, training, troubleshooting, and regional sales development. The position is based in Mincon South Africa with extensive travel throughout Southern Africa and the wider African region, and requires a relevant engineering or geology degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of technical sales, business development, or project management experience, and strong commercial and technical capabilities.
