Description
Barfield is hiring a Technical Sales Manager to support its GSTE (Ground Support Test Equipment) manufacturing and distribution business. The role leads sales campaigns in an assigned territory, analyzes historical sales and fleet/MRO data, maintains product and distribution databases, understands aircraft tooling and maintenance requirements, and identifies opportunities for new product lines and upgrades. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–5 years of related experience, a technical background, strong aircraft tooling and maintenance knowledge, international negotiation and closing skills, and travel of up to 50% domestically and internationally.
