TriTec HR is recruiting a Technical Sales Manager for a mid-sized mechanical engineering company in Salzbergen. The role leads and develops the technical sales team, manages national and international customer relationships, analyzes complex requirements, develops technical solutions, manages sales projects from inquiry through contract signing, prepares quotations, conducts negotiations, coordinates with engineering and production, and develops new sales opportunities. Candidates need a technical degree or comparable qualification, technical sales and leadership experience, strong German and English skills, negotiation ability, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally. The position offers €70,000 to €90,000 gross per year, flexible working hours, one day of home office per week, and other benefits.
