Thrive Digital is hiring a full-time, permanent Technical Sales Manager focused on performance marketing audits. The role leads technical audits and requests for proposals, coordinates sales, strategy, media, creative, and data contributors, presents evidence-based recommendations to executive stakeholders, and drives growth through internal audits and service expansion. The position is remote in Mexico, with flexible Monday–Friday hours and total compensation of $850,000–$1,050,000 MXN plus benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Direct management and optimization of low-to-high complexity e-commerce and demand generation accounts with multimillion-dollar annual media investments
Experience diagnosing measurement, structure, budgeting, targeting, creative, and performance challenges in active advertising accounts
Leading end-to-end technical audits and translating evidence into recommendations and growth opportunities
Presenting and defending technical recommendations to executive and senior marketing stakeholders
Coordinating sales, strategy, media, creative, and data contributors across audits and requests for proposals
Strengthening internal operations through proactive audits, team support, standards, workflows, and contributor training
