The role serves as a liaison between sales and customers, providing design support, software troubleshooting, engineering-related order changes, product and technology training, customer service, business development, and site visits. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and three years of equivalent construction-industry experience, including two years of steel building design or erection experience, along with strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. The position offers a US base salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus bonus, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
