Nalco Water is hiring a Technical Sales Representative to grow revenue and profit in existing and competitively-held accounts through consultative selling, account leadership, system assurance, technical support, and technology sales. The role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a territory covering approximately a 50-mile radius, less than 25% overnight travel, and training in the field and at the Naperville headquarters. Applicants need a bachelor's degree, three years of technical or field sales support experience, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable motor vehicle record; engineering or life sciences education and water treatment or specialty chemical experience are preferred. Compensation is $93,800-$140,600 annually, including base pay and target incentive, with benefits and a company vehicle and cell phone.
