Nalco Water is hiring a Technical Sales Representative to grow revenue and profit in existing and competitively-held accounts through consultative selling, account leadership, system assurance, technical support, and technology sales. The role is based in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona, with a territory covering approximately 60 miles, less than 10% overnight travel, and training in the field and at the Naperville headquarters. A bachelor's degree, technical or field sales support experience, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable motor vehicle record are required; engineering or life sciences education and water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience are preferred. Compensation is $81,200-$121,700 annually, including base pay and target incentive, with benefits and a company vehicle and cell phone.
