John Brooks Company is hiring a Technical Sales Representative – Outside Sales for the Spray & Valve department covering the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas. The role provides field-based technical sales support, generates and closes consultative sales opportunities, develops customer relationships, reviews industrial applications, recommends customized spray, valve, and valve automation solutions, and manages CRM activities. Candidates need a technical post-secondary degree or diploma, industrial-process understanding, technical aptitude, strong sales, communication, presentation, problem-solving, computer, and relationship-building skills, plus a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include 1–3 years of industrial outside sales, 3–4 years of industrial system review and calculations, and ERP/CRM experience. The position involves substantial travel and offers a base salary of $60,000–$95,000 CAD plus incentives and benefits.
