Konvert is seeking a Technical Sales Representative / Client-Side Project Manager to support large real estate development and construction projects. The role involves analyzing specifications, conducting technical feasibility studies, preparing cost estimates and quotations, advising investors and clients, coordinating architects, engineers, consultancies, and construction teams, and supporting projects through completion. Candidates should have a civil engineering, industrial engineering, or architecture degree, strong building-technology, quantity surveying, and budget-management skills, and experience in real estate project management or technical sales in construction. The position offers direct permanent employment or a fixed-term contract, with a compensation package including salary, bonus or commissions, a company car, fuel card, mobile phone, computer, meal vouchers, and insurance.
