Description
The Commercial Construction Sales Representative will own and manage assigned Tremco CPG accounts in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metropolitan area, achieving sales and margin objectives while developing relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end users. The role includes account penetration, product specifications, forecasting, presentations, training, CRM use, and extensive travel within the territory. Applicants must live in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, have relevant construction or industry experience, and meet the stated education or experience requirements. The base salary is $85,000 to $115,000 plus incentive compensation, with health insurance and other benefits offered.
