Sika Australia is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to service and develop existing and new retail customers, manage product ranges, pricing, stock levels, merchandising, promotional events, customer training, and sales reporting. The role requires strong customer relationship and communication skills, experience in an industrial market field or a university or trade degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or SAP, and valid Australian working rights. Regular travel to customer sites is required.
