The role handles customer inquiries, technical clarification, quotation calculations, custom fabrications, stair treads and stair systems, order processing, production coordination, customer and supplier communication, and complaint handling. Candidates should have commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable qualification, ideally experience in wood-based panels, interior finishing, furniture construction, or stair construction, along with analytical, numerical, IT, communication, and teamwork skills.
