RedBuilt is hiring a Technical Sales Representative to serve the Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware, and Virginia territory, with a preferred base in the Maryland or Washington DC area. The role focuses on selling engineered wood products and structural framing systems to architects, engineers, and construction professionals; developing framing concepts, bids, and project contracts; conducting product presentations; and tracking sales activity. Candidates need construction industry knowledge, blueprint-reading ability, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or commensurate experience. The position reports to a Regional Sales Manager, offers $100,000–$200,000+ for established representatives, and includes health, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
