Description
The Technical Sales Representative will sell and manage Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing products in the San Jose, California region. The role focuses on developing and maintaining architect, contractor, distributor, subcontractor, and end-user accounts; driving product specifications and project opportunities; preparing territory plans and forecasts; closing deals; and delivering technical presentations and product knowledge. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or construction management with 2–3 years of construction or industry experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience, along with construction knowledge, basic product chemistry knowledge, and strong communication and presentation skills. The position offers a starting salary of $90,000, performance-based bonus or commission, and health insurance among other benefits.
