Socomec North America is hiring a Technical Sales/Support Engineer to join its US Technical Support and Applications Engineering Team. The role combines technical customer support, electrical product and systems expertise, troubleshooting, training, demonstrations, site audits, technical presentations, proposal support, documentation and process improvement for Socomec’s low-voltage energy products. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or related engineering, or an electrician’s certificate with more than five years of relevant experience, plus 2–5 years of related technical experience, familiarity with electrical standards, CRM experience preferred, strong communication and presentation skills, a driver’s license, and up to 30% travel in North America with potential travel to France.
