The Technical Sales Support Specialist will support customers with service, spare parts, and component inquiries; process requests; manage claims; coordinate appointments; prepare shipping, customs, and export documents; and maintain master data. The role requires commercial or technical training, a degree in business engineering, or comparable qualification, several years of sales experience, strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and an independent, structured working style. It offers flexible working hours, remote work opportunities, and a gross annual salary of €50,000 to €55,000.
