Schuberg Philis is hiring a Technical Security Lead to operate at the intersection of security strategy, governance, and engineering execution for customer environments. The role leads security activities, drives maturity and continuous improvement, supports audits and compliance, advises on security architecture and risk management, embeds security in design and implementation, leads incident response, and promotes security awareness. Candidates should have several years of experience in information security, cloud security, platform engineering, infrastructure, or a related field, along with strong technical, stakeholder-management, communication, and leadership capabilities. The position is for candidates currently living and working in the Netherlands and does not offer visa sponsorship.
