Description
The Technical Security Manager will oversee the implementation, management, and compliance of physical security measures across Nokia's global real estate portfolio, including offices, data centers, and R&D spaces. The role covers access control, surveillance, alarm systems, risk assessments, security-system design, audits, vendor coordination, and training, while serving as the primary access control software application manager. It is an individual-contributor role reporting to the head of Facility Management, Security and Sustainability, with a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of physical security management experience required.
