JBS is hiring a full-time, 100% remote Technical Senior Project Manager based in Costa Rica. The role supports the entire lifecycle of custom software projects, including pre-sales solution design, project implementation, system configuration, transition to support, documentation, and closure. The position requires at least six years of project management experience, including Agile project leadership, strong technical understanding, customer-facing communication, and the ability to manage scope, risks, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
