Description
The Technical Service Applications Engineer provides process support and testing for RTV Team products using mixing, coating, dispensing, and curing equipment. The role includes preparing small-scale batches, generating test data, developing special testing processes, creating sales-support tools, maintaining and preparing equipment for customer trials, documenting testing and equipment use, running in-house trials, traveling to customers and manufacturers, and assisting at trade shows. The position is primarily based in a research and development laboratory and professional office, with approximately 20% travel, and requires an associate degree or at least two years of mechanical or maintenance experience, strong technical and mechanical skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
