Description
The Technical Service Employee serves as the link between ships and the office, monitoring vessel maintenance and special surveys, organizing and following up on repairs, conducting ship visits, preparing technical and cosmetic condition reports, coordinating action points, monitoring safety compliance, checking invoices, and supervising BIQ inspections. The role is approximately equally divided between office and road work, requires fluent Dutch, spoken English and German, and knowledge of inland vessel technical and safety operations, and includes a company car, mobile phone, and training opportunities.
