Description
Smappee is hiring an experienced Technical Service Engineer to support its EV charging business in the Netherlands, with a focus on DC fast-charging infrastructure. The role serves as the technical reference for installers, service partners, and strategic customers, handling commissioning, troubleshooting, hardware and software diagnostics, escalations, warranty and spare-parts coordination, and technical training. The position requires at least three years of hands-on EV charging infrastructure experience, strong electrical or power-electronics knowledge, independent troubleshooting ability, Dutch fluency, and regular travel within the Netherlands. It offers a flexible setup with access to a satellite office in Naarden.
