Lesaffre is seeking an Application Center Manager to lead the regional application center team and provide technical support for food ingredients across the Asia Pacific region. The role combines product innovation, commercialization, regional portfolio management, business development, customer technical support, training, and team mentoring. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field such as Food Science, more than eight years of professional experience in technical, innovation, or R&D B2B food ingredients, strong project management and sensory evaluation skills, and customer relationship management expertise; team management experience is preferred.
