BIP – xTech is hiring a Technical Service Manager to oversee Application Maintenance and Operations services at client premises, including service delivery, SLA/KPI monitoring, incident and change management, team leadership, client relationships, budgets, cloud architecture, DevOps, security, and business development. The role requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong ITIL and cloud expertise, Terraform and Infrastructure as Code knowledge, and financial analysis skills. The gross annual salary is €45,000 to €65,000, with possible variable components and benefits.
