The role manages service components, site operations, budgets, reporting, inventory, and audits; leads technical teams; and supports data center builds and retrofits. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Monroe, Louisiana, hold a high school diploma, have three years of relevant data center infrastructure or mechanical systems experience, and possess a valid driver's license. The territory covers a 120-mile radius of Monroe, Louisiana, with up to 15% overnight travel, and the compensation range is $81,200-$121,700 including base pay and target incentive.
