Description
The Technical Services Manager oversees operational hard facilities management across the WPM portfolio, including MEP systems, planned and reactive services, subcontractor performance, health and safety, compliance, risk management, energy management, technical reporting, and P&L accountability. The role requires industry-relevant qualifications, CAFM and office software literacy, preferably at least 10 years of technical engineering management experience, and the ability to communicate technical information, manage change, and pass a DBS check.
