Rommelag is hiring a Technical Service Manager to lead and develop a team of technicians and process engineers, manage technical and GMP-related issues, optimize maintenance and machine efficiency, drive digitization and automation, oversee plant expansion and modernization projects, coordinate with specialist and supplier departments, and manage spare parts and maintenance processes. The role requires a completed degree in pharmaceutical technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering, packaging technology, or a comparable qualification, professional production experience, strong German and English skills, and knowledge of GMP, qualification/validation, error analysis, and change management.
