Textron Aviation is hiring a Technical Service Manager to serve as the main point of contact for aircraft maintenance, support the maintenance manager, and lead a service-center technician team. The role oversees lean manufacturing, quality assurance, safety, scheduling, performance metrics, team coaching and evaluations, and customer follow-up. An A&P license is required, along with seven years of aircraft maintenance experience or five years of aircraft maintenance experience plus a bachelor's degree in aviation or a related field; an A Repairman Certificate or EASA License is preferred.
