The Technical Service Supervisor leads a team of technicians in a technical production environment, coordinating work orders, maintenance plans, shift handovers, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and Lean/5S improvement projects. The role requires a technical diploma in electromechanics or maintenance technology, several years of technical production experience, knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics, and fluent Dutch and English.
