Description
The Technical Services Consultant (Data Migration) will support FreeBalance’s FreeBalance Accountability Suite and Government Resource Planning implementation for public financial management reform projects. The role covers ERP implementation, SOAP/REST system integration, data migration, BI reporting, SQL optimization, application-server deployment, performance troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of professional IT experience, English proficiency, and willingness to travel internationally; Spanish is the native language, while knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
