Raphaëlstichting is hiring a Technical Services Employee C to independently maintain and repair buildings, installations, equipment, and facilities across three care locations in Amsterdam, Haarlem, and Schoorl. The role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, door and window hardware, Legionella prevention, technical improvements, outsourced work coordination, work planning, documentation, and material management. It requires an MBO level 4 technical education or comparable experience, several years of technical services experience, and knowledge of ICT, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and Legionella management. The position pays €2,951–€3,980 per month for 36 hours per week and includes a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
