MongoDB is hiring a Technical Services Engineer to advise customers and resolve complex MongoDB problems across databases, drivers, cloud, infrastructure, Atlas, and Cloud Manager. The role involves troubleshooting architecture, performance, recovery, security, and scalability issues; supporting large customers; contributing to support-tool development; and mentoring new team members. It requires systems and storage engineering experience, production database experience, coding ability, and strong troubleshooting skills, with a hybrid work model based in Dublin.
