MongoDB is hiring a Technical Services Engineer to advise customers and resolve complex MongoDB problems involving architecture, performance, recovery, security, and scalability. The role works with large customers, product and development teams, and internal support-tool projects, and requires a hybrid work arrangement in Gurugram. Candidates should have at least four years of relevant experience, strong systems and database administration knowledge, technical support experience, and a B.Tech/B.S. or equivalent work experience.
