Description
MongoDB is hiring a Technical Services Engineer to advise customers and resolve complex MongoDB issues across database servers, drivers, cloud, infrastructure, Atlas, and Cloud Manager. The role involves troubleshooting architecture, performance, recovery, security, and scalability; working with product and development teams; contributing to support-tool development; and mentoring new team members. It requires systems and storage engineering experience, production database experience, coding ability, strong English communication, and the ability to learn rapidly. The position is based in Mexico City with a hybrid working model.
