Northrop Grumman is seeking a Technical Services Engineer (T02 level) to support the Sentinel program in Roy, Utah. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating a new training system for the United States Air Force, focusing on technical disciplines. Key responsibilities include conducting gap analyses, designing various training modalities, developing comprehensive training materials, writing documentation, staying current with training research, overseeing contractor evaluations, and ensuring curriculum compliance with SCORM standards.

Required Previous Experiences: experience designing learning materials for technical disciplines
experience developing learning materials for technical disciplines
experience developing technology-based learning products
experience creating formative and summative evaluations for technical disciplines
experience working in ADDIE and other training development models for technical disciplines
experience applying adult learning theories and process-driven instructional design principles
Preferred Qualifications: Active DoD Secret clearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of human performance processes to breakdown knowledge and skill gaps to identify appropriate learning solutions
Experience with digital instructional design software (e.g., Camtasia, Storyline, Adobe Captivate/Creative Suite)
Multimedia design experience (audio/video editing, 2D/3D design, animation, software simulation, etc.)
Experience using multiple instructional development software tools
Experience in conducting training evaluations in accordance with Kirkpatrick 4 levels of evaluation and Phillips 5 levels of evaluation
