Description
The Technical Services Engineer II at InterSystems is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the company's corporate infrastructure, encompassing virtual and physical environments such as on-premises, private clouds, and data centers. The role involves designing and delivering optimized infrastructure, administering various platform components like servers and storage, proactively monitoring system health, implementing security controls, and collaborating with teams and vendors. Additionally, the engineer will mentor junior team members and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
