MongoDB is hiring a Technical Services Engineer for its Infrastructure team in Sydney on a hybrid model, with three office days per week and a Sunday–Thursday schedule after ramping. The role advises customers on complex MongoDB architecture, performance, recovery, security, and scalability; troubleshoots mission-critical deployments; develops support tools and automation; and contributes to knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring. Candidates need 5+ years of systems, storage, database, networking, Kubernetes, and scripting experience, while prior MongoDB experience is not required.
