PTC is hiring a Principal Onshape Strategic Technical Services Engineer to support sales and customer success for Onshape, a cloud-native CAD and PDM platform. The role involves product demonstrations, customer onboarding and adoption, technical product marketing, demonstration content, customer relationship development, and relaying feature requests to development. It is an in-office position at PTC’s Boston headquarters, with West Coast preference, and requires mechanical CAD experience, product demonstration experience, troubleshooting experience, and a relevant engineering degree.
