Iterative Health is hiring a Technical Services Engineer – Site Infrastructure & Enablement to provide Tier 1 technical support and operational enablement for its managed clinical research sites. The role covers medical equipment, site build-outs, ancillary-service vendors, procurement and logistics, equipment installation, troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvement, with periodic travel to clinical sites. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant multi-site support experience, and strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with two in-office days per week in either New York City or Boston, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a New York pay range of $85,000–$115,000 USD.
