Tyler Technologies is hiring a Technical Services Intern for its Yarmouth, Maine office to support clients of a high-tech software company. The intern will assist with closing IT support tickets, developing efficiency processes, installing software, preparing proof-of-concept test environments, maintaining documentation, resolving server and software configuration issues, and handling inbound support requests. The role requires basic knowledge of server hardware, network configurations, Microsoft server operating systems, SQL Server, Windows Active Directory, SQL queries, and customer service.
