Description
Clorox is seeking a Technical Services Leader to develop and execute technical and operational strategies across a complex consumer-packaged-goods manufacturing and supply chain network. The role leads manufacturing technology, product and process innovation commercialization, capital planning and execution, operational capability development, productivity, reliability, continuous improvement, and digital manufacturing initiatives. It provides people leadership for multi-site technical teams and requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, HSE, Planning, Commercial, plants, corporate experts, and external vendors. The position is hybrid, requiring three onsite days and two remote days, and involves up to 50% domestic and international travel.
