Description
The Technical Services Librarian will support the Williamsburg Regional Library by organizing cataloging, acquisitions, serials administration, and authority record control; researching and modernizing technical services procedures; maintaining bibliographic and holdings records; managing purchasing and budgets; and supporting library-wide projects. The role requires a master’s degree in Library Science from an ALA-accredited library school, reliable transportation, knowledge of cataloging and integrated library systems, and strong data-entry and communication skills. The position is full time, pays $59,838–$93,529 per year plus full-time county benefits, and is advertised as accepting applications until the position is filled.
